Operational & Safety Management for Aircraft Operators

For UK approved training organisations, declared training organisations and AOC holders.

The same three parts as the workspace

Built for UK CAA oversight

Four pillars

The workspace follows ICAO Annex 19 and Doc 9859: safety policy, safety risk management, safety assurance and safety promotion.

Read-only auditors

An auditor can view and export the records. They cannot change them, and they do not see a confidential or anonymous reporter's name.

London region

The application is set to run in the London region, beside a London database. Dates and times are shown in UK local time.

Questions

How does the 7-day trial work?

You choose Standard or Professional and a card is taken before the trial starts. Cancel any time before it ends and the plan is not charged. If the payment later fails, or the subscription is cancelled, the workspace stays read-only and the records remain.

What is the difference between the plans?

Standard is the safety management system. Professional is the safety system and the operations suite: dispatch, the tech log, maintenance, member payments, training records and the compliance matrix.

Are the prices ex VAT?

Yes. Standard is £49 a month or £490 a year. Professional is £120 a month or £1,200 a year. The annual price is ten months, which is two months free.

Can an auditor see the records?

An auditor has read-only access. They can view and export the records. They cannot create, edit, approve or sign them.

Can a report be anonymous?

Yes. An anonymous occurrence report stores no account, no IP address and no device details. The submission is kept as the UK calendar day, and a reference code is shown once.
